If I could
Make hearts overflow with joy
If I could
Tease a smile from any face
If I could
Mend the broken dreams
If I could
Wrap my arms around sadness
If I could
Feed the starving souls
If I could
Shine hope where it’s dark
It would be a good life.
But life is too big
To be lived in one day
And so I’ll remain
doing my best one day at a time.
As a society, we always bite off more than we can reasonably chew.
One day at a time is a great axiom and full of wisdom.
I’m happy to get through the day and wind up in my warm bed at night.

Thank you Sarah, it’s nice to sometimes hear that. And re the artist, I think back to last April when I got this blog as a present from a special friend of mine who saw an artist in me before I even dared thinking about it. To have complete strangers based on silent word chains of mine agree is a miracle.
Brilliant.
